My work here mainly involves developing intuitive designs, layouts, and supports the development of a new UI/UX for various sign-up options. I also maintain and update websites for sister programs, such as One Thousand Schools and Train for Change. To maintain the performance of the site, I report website conversion traffic and continuously improve designs and user interface (UI) to engage users.
As a web developer, I utilize WordPress, JavaScript, HTML and CSS to implement peer-to-peer fundraising and volunteer online registration systems, migrate all existing infrastructure to manage cloud services, and introduce all security measures including, but not limited to, timely backups, SSL and Firewalls, CDN, Security Scans, etc.
Part of my job is to support the marketing and communication team to re-brand and create a new website, as well as install several IT Solutions to optimize performance. I also collaborate with Chief Development Officer to design and develop custom reporting based on Classy and QuickBooks API and work with Chief Financial Officer to develop IT solutions for reporting optimization to provide up-to-date information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and bi-annual basis.
Here are my most notable accomplishments:
- Created plugins or widgets for displaying API information and implemented new plugins and extensions
- Developed customized themes and open-source plugins and deployed SEO and blog tools to drive more website traffic
- Built data pipelines for automating data injection and designed and implemented CRM(s) to assist with data requirements
- Automated Email Drip Marketing through MailChimp API and developed custom websites for events and virtual fundraisers
- Launched several new IT Systems, including Trello, Slack, G-Suites, Google Visual Studio, MailChimp, Classy CRM, etc.
- Designed, developed, and deployed Tigers Clubs website, based on a subscription model to combat Covid-19 crisis

In my role as the Design & Development Consultant, my goal is to efficiently develop the internal web services (Intranet) for employees of the company using SharePoint. I led the design and development of external and internal websites using WordPress CMS and other user engagement tools. I also assisted with all significant data migration tasks and implemented all required features to make the data accessible to intranet users using SQL and GateShare.
I worked collaboratively with senior management in gathering all essential requirements to execute the acquisition plan as well as in maintaining all necessary security features and tools under the guidelines of the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency (US Government).

My role as an Accounts Manager of the Dev Team was to manage the overseas construction team(s) to execute projects on schedule and within budget while implementing project roadmaps and creating maintenance guidelines for clients. I worked with the non-profit organization, government contracting, accounting and tax services, real estate, and restaurant industries as a subject matter expert in compiling all project requirements to be fulfilled with new websites. Also, I have specialized in the development and deployment of CMS – front and back end; while designing and developing mock wireframes with designers to finalize drafts for clients.
To ensure functionality of the website, I gathered requirements from the executive team, assisted content writer and designer to generate content and wire-frames, presented the final version to the executive team, performed several revisions, worked with developers to deliver, and retraced/corrected mistakes made my previous team to ensure timely deployment of the website within the time-constraint.
